Section 164
Mathwari automatically ends

(1) Mathwari shall be deemed to have ended automatically in the following cases:-
(a) If he is a minor, if he has completed the age of eighteen years,
(b) in the case of a person who is not at his home address, if he is at his home address,
(c) if the mother or the father of the minor or both have taken charge of the minor,
(d) In case of appointment of a guardian of a minor or a person who is not of legal address,
(e) If removed from Mathwari by the court in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 162,
(f) If the Mathwar does not have or does not have the qualifications under section 158,
(g) In case of death of a person who is going to be Mathwar or who is in Mathwari.
(2) Upon the termination of the trust in accordance with sub-section (1), the person who is the trust must immediately return the property taken over as the trust to the concerned person.
